Marathon, running, jogging, cycling, hiking, climbing, swimming, kayaking, rafting, camping, picnic, aerobic, sports (futsal,badminton,basketball,hockey,atheletic..) etc.. I love them all.. I enjoy doing outdoor activities.. Bak kata Limau "aktiviti luar pintu".. I've always been active my whole life.. TERPAKSA sebab nk compensate dgn amaun makanan dan kalori yg diambil setiap hari..hehehe.. for those who know me, diorg tahu lah..i mkn bnyk ok.. =) i really enjoy food..yummy food, plenty food.. TERPAKSA exercise jgk sbb suka tdo.. hehehe.. MKN + TDO = KEGEMUKAN/OBESITI kan...

Anyway, usually dah kerja nih, i make it a routine to jog regularly after work.. Fav spot is the Lake Garden.. Most convenient sbb dekat dgn office.. But sometimes, i do the stairs or pegi gym kt office kalo kat luar hujan... Naik tangga nih letih, tapi its a very good training to build up ur stamina.. Tapi yg 'cool' nyer naik tgga kt office i tuh ialah bile letih2, bleh take 5 menikmati pemandangan..

Last week ikot Wanatie (elder sis) and Nadiah (younger sis) balik Tapah. Skali ada seseorang nih tetiba nk ikut.. Keesokan harinya seseorang nih berpeluang follow kitorg p Ipoh tgk rumah baru mak aku n visit Zakiah (youngest sis) kt asrama dier..
